Yongding Metal has successfully reached an export cooperation agreement with a South Korean enterprise for 24 tons of 304 stainless steel coils

Recently,  Our company has achieved another success in its foreign trade business - the company has successfully signed a 24-ton 304 stainless steel coil supply contract with a well-known South Korean enterprise. At present, all production, inspection and customs declaration processes have been completed, and the goods will be quickly shipped to the designated location of the South Korean customer by sea, marking the successful completion of the first cooperation between the two parties.

As an enterprise with years of experience in China's stainless steel industry, Yongding Metal has mature technology and a complete quality control system in the production of 304 stainless steel coils. The products supplied this time are manufactured in strict accordance with the ASTM A240 international standard. From the selection of high-quality stainless steel raw materials to the entire process of smelting, hot rolling, cold rolling, coil forming and surface treatment, a refined management model is adopted. The final products not only have excellent acid and alkali corrosion resistance, good stamping and welding processing performance, but also their surface finish (Ra ≤ 0.8μm), thickness tolerance (±0.02mm) and chemical composition (chromium content 18%-20%, nickel content 8%-10.5%) all meet international high-end standards, perfectly matching the strict application requirements of South Korean customers in the field of food machinery manufacturing.

Looking back at the cooperation process, the South Korean customer first learned about Yongding Metal's products through an international exhibition, and then organized a technical team to visit the company's production base twice to inspect the operation of the stainless steel coil production line, the quality inspection laboratory and the raw material reserves. During multiple rounds of technical communication and sample testing, the foreign trade team of Yongding Metal, based on the customer's specific application scenarios, provided an integrated solution including product parameter optimization, logistics timeliness guarantee (only 15 days from order confirmation to shipment) and after-sales technical support. Finally, relying on the stability of product quality and professional service, it stood out among many international suppliers and successfully won the order.

The manager of the Foreign Trade Department of Yongding Metal stated that South Korea is a core market for stainless steel demand in Northeast Asia, with extremely high requirements for product quality and compliance.
